DMCA Policy

Wie Alt Ist Der Schauspieler ("we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"), the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Wie Alt Ist Der Schauspieler service and/or website (the "Site") if such claims are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.

This policy outlines the procedures for copyright holders to request the removal of allegedly infringing content and for users to submit counter-notifications if they believe content was wrongly removed.

Filing a DMCA Notice

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed (or access to it disabled) by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Designated Copyright Agent, as set forth below. Pursuant to Sections 512(g)(2) and (3) of the DMCA, to be an effective counter-notification, it must be a written communication that includes substantially the following:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Wie Alt Ist Der Schauspieler may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under subsection (c)(1)(C) or an agent of such person.
